Validate by clicking, not by deck

Make it real before you make it scalable.

We turn a sketch, a story, and a flow into a prototype that feels like a real product. Real content, real interactions, real reactions.

Scroll to see what's possible

Prototyping is how we help you confirm whether a digital project actually flies, and how we get you in front of your first real customers - fast. What you walk away with is honest enough to test in the wild, and structured enough to be hardened into production at a fraction of the cost of building it for production from scratch.

Prototype boldly. Ship calmly.

When a PoC is the right move

  • Idea

A business idea you want to test before unlocking the big budget.

  • UX bet

A UX hypothesis that only the real click can prove - no mockup conveys feel.

  • Investor

An investor round where a pitch deck is not enough and a mockup is too little.

  • Tech bet

A technical hunch you want to verify before painting a six-month roadmap.

PoC

smartPM

A Swiss mobile app for paying in stored gold - blockchain micro-transactions peer-to-peer, physical drop and pick up at a deposit centre. Cash-like simplicity, value that does not bleed over time, true to Switzerland's tradition of supporting more than one currency.

Screen 1

Allow contacts

Integrated with your phone's contact list for easy gold transfers - the people you already know become the people you can pay in gold, peer-to-peer, like cash.

Screen 2

Send Gold to

Pick a recipient, type the amount in grams, watch the live CHF equivalent. The transaction settles on-chain as a micro-payment, not in a clearing window.

Screen 3

Drop / pick up

Hand physical gold to a deposit centre to top up the wallet, or pick it back up. Digital balance and metal stay fungible - and your value does not bleed in your pocket while it waits.

Screen 4

Confirmation

Each transaction is digitally signed on an air-gapped device - doubling state-of-the-art security standards. A green check, a single sentence: "You've transferred gold successfully."

How we run a PoC

  1. 1

    Discovery

One or more workshops to clarify the hypothesis, the persona, the storyline and the success criteria - on a single page everyone can defend.

  2. 2

    Design sprint

A design-thinking workshop process: wireframe to hi-fi to a clickable Figma prototype - with website or brand-identity work where the PoC needs them, without when it doesn't.

  3. 3

    Build sprints

UI in code, real data flows, auth stubs where useful - shipping true deliverables, not slideware. Each sprint produces something a user can click.

  4. 4

    Validation

Demo to real users, investors or stakeholders. Operating support and maintenance for as long as the PoC needs to run, before the call to scale or stop.

100grammes

A French-language price aggregator for Quebec - compare what your weekly shopping list costs across local grocers, save up to 30%, and head to the till that costs the least.

Screen 1

Browse

A wide product grid with curated rails - "C'est le temps du Superbowl", "Bataille d'avocats". Pick what you want, the price comes from whichever local grocer is cheapest.

Screen 2

Mon épicerie

Your weekly shopping list on iPhone. Add a product in two taps, watch the best price across local grocers update in real time.

Screen 3

Suggestions

Cheaper alternatives, smarter timing, the same list for less. "What should I cook" becomes "here is what to buy and where".

Screen 4

Save up to 30%

One list, multiple stores, one decision. The aggregator routes each line to the till that costs you the least.

Tools we lean on - from a clickable PoC to the production stack the same code can ship into, with the operational depth a regulated product needs.

What you walk away with

  • 1

A clickable, high-fidelity demo - no Lorem-Ipsum wireframes, an experience that feels real.

  • 2

A coherent design system - typography, colour, motion - in Figma and in code.

  • 3

A clear storyline for pitch, demo day, or first user test.

  • 4

Building blocks that can grow - upgradable to a quality product the day you find PMF, without a rewrite.

  • 5

A clear line between what is prototype and what is production-ready - and what it costs to lift one into the other.

From PoC to product

When the PoC flies, the jump stays short.

No core rewrite. The design system carries through. The code goes through the same reviews as our production systems - because most of it was written that way already.

How we go from PoC to prod-ready

Production

It just shipped.
