Product managers juggle a dozen dashboards every day: where are the deploys, who’s blocked, what is costing too much, what shipped overnight. The everyday question - is everything OK and what should I look at first? - rarely has a single answer screen.

Luzid Team was built to put that one screen in front of every PM, whether they run a five-person startup or a department inside a mid-size company - without overwhelming either with complexity.

Approach

Luzid Team is the portal product managers open in the morning instead of five tabs:

• One status view for every platform you own: releases, support volume, costs, alerts and what is pending.
• Feature toggles in plain language. Turn the new pricing experiment on for one tenant, leave it off for the rest. A switch, not a ticket.
• AI assistance built in. Summarise what changed overnight, draft a release note, classify incoming tickets, suggest the next action. The model runs on-premise or via Anthropic / Mistral, depending on your privacy preference.
• Mail Adaptor. Lets your platform send transactional and marketing email through Microsoft 365 - the licence you already pay for - instead of contracting a separate email-sending service. Also acts as a drop-in adaptor for older SMTP-only software, bringing deliverability, audit trail and compliance up to current standards.

Outcome

Luzid Team puts the morning status check on a single screen. A new team is onboarded in under five minutes - identity provider and initial setup included. PMs stop chasing status across tools, and outbound email moves to a stack the company already owns.
